The management system of WOPO consists of an 8 members Board of Directors. Each member is responsible for specific advisory roles in each community where WOPO operates. We have 5 women and 1 man as board directors, 3 advisory members; 5 paid staff and 25 volunteers including the community stakeholders and WOPO Support Group members. WOPO mandate is to involve the beneficiaries into decision making for the project that concerns them for better results
